【摘要】 目的:探讨鼻咽癌侵犯翼腭窝的CT表现。材料与方法:对45例具完整的临床和CT资料并经病理活检证实的鼻咽癌翼腭窝受侵者行回顾性分析。结果:45例中有51侧受侵,翼腭窝受侵的CT表现为:正常脂肪密度被病灶取代45例;翼腭窝扩大31例;翼腭窝周壁骨质破坏21例。邻近组织结构受累情况:19例合并海绵窦破坏,27例侵犯蝶窦,27例侵犯破裂孔,5例卵圆孔受累。结论:鼻咽癌侵犯翼腭窝具有特征的CT表现,CT能判断其侵犯和扩散的途径及邻近组织结构受累情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To explore the CT features of pterygopalatine fossa(PPF) invaded by nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Materials and Methods:Forty-five cases of pathologically proved NPC with whole clinical information and CT images were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Fifty-one lesions could be found in the forty-five cases of PPF infiltration by NPC,including left or right side of PPF.The common CT features of NPC with PPF infiltration were as follows: the disappearance of normal fat density in the PPF in 45 cases,the enlargement of PPF in 31 cases and bone structure destruction of PPF in 21 cases.Adjacent structure infiltration were as follow:invaded cavernous sinus in 19 cases,sphenoid sinus in 27 cases,foramen lacerum in 27 cases,foramen 5 case.Conclusion:The characterized CT apperance could be found when PPF was infiltrated in NPC patients.CT can also provide the invading and spreading route of NPC and the infiltration of surrounding structure.更多还原
