X波段弹箭引信贴片天线集成射频前端

【摘要】 针对无线电引信探测前端电路复杂、频段低、抗干扰能力不强的问题,应用微带贴片天线开槽技术和微波单片集成电路技术设计实现了X波段弹箭引信射频前端。通过微带贴片天线开槽技术有效地减小天线的体积;应用成熟的微波集成电路减小整个组件的系统噪声,简化振荡电路的匹配网络;通过改变压控振荡器控制端输入信号,可以灵活地改变引信的探测频率和探测体制,提高无线电引信抗干扰的能力。试验表明该探测前端性能稳定,体积小,成本低,工艺简单,有利于批量生产。

【Abstract】 To solve the problems of complex circuits,low frequency and weak anti-interference ability of radio fuze detector,an X-band RF front-end for radio fuze based on the technology of microstrip patch antenna and microwave integrated circuits was put forward.The antenna’s size was effectively reduced by fluting;the system noise of whole module was decreased by using matured microwave monolithic integrated circuits,and the matching network of oscillating circuit was simplified.By changing the input signals of the voltage control oscillator,the fuze’s frequency and detect system could be adjusted,the anti-interference ability was greatly enhanced.The testing result showed that this RF front-end had a stable performance and low processing cost,good consistency,suitable for batch production.
