【摘要】 目的总结眼轮匝肌缩短泪小管支撑物两端缝扎治疗泪小管断裂合并眼轮匝肌断裂的护理体会。方法对68例泪小管断裂伴随眼轮匝肌断裂的患者实施改良泪小管吻合术,术前精心准备,术后掌握泪道冲洗的技巧,加强泪小管支撑物置管期间的延续性护理。结果 68例患者术后4～5 w后拔管,术后无溢泪,泪道冲洗通畅,治愈率97%,好转率3%,泪小管支撑物置管期间无出现松脱。结论加强泪小管断裂围术期护理及泪小管支撑物置管期间的延续性护理,能提高改良手术的效果,缩短置管时间,提高护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the nursing experience for patients suffering from lacrimal canaliculi fracture combined with the orbicularis oculi muscle rupture treated with orbicularis oculi muscle shortening and suturing support ends of lacrimal duct. Methods 68 cases of lacrimal canaliculus with orbicularis oculi muscle rupture patients undergoing improved canalicular anastomosis,careful preoperative preparation,postoperative mastering lacrimal passage irrigation techniques,strengthen the lacrimal duct support during tube indwelling for continuing nursing care. Results 68 cases of patients have extubation 4～5 weeks after operation,no postoperative epiphora,lacrimal duct flush smooth,the cure rate was 97%,the effective rate was 3%,lacrimal duct support during intubation without loosening. Conclusion Strengthening lacrimal canaliculus perioperative nursing care and continuing nursing care support during tube indwelling can improve operation effect,reducing the indwelling time,improve the quality of nursing care.更多还原
