【摘要】 目的观察多奈哌齐联合语言训练对脑卒中后失语症的康复疗效。方法脑卒中后失语症患者52例,随机分为多奈哌齐联合语言训练组和单纯语言训练组,治疗前后采用改良波士顿诊断失语症检查法评价患者语言功能。结果多奈哌齐联合语言训练组较对照组治疗有效率明显提高(p<0.05)。结论多奈哌齐联合语言训练能更有效的提高脑卒中后失语症患者的语言交流能力,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of donepezil combined language rehabilitation training on apasia after Stroke. Methods 52 patients with aphasia were randomly devided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group accepted donepezil combined language rehabilitation training,while the control group recevied only language rehabilitation training.The Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination was used to evalute the functions of language of all patients before and after training. Results The donepezil combined language rehabilitation training group showed significant efficiency than the control group(p<0.05). Conclusion The donepezil combined language rehabilitation training can significantly improve the ability of language communication of apasia patients,and it is a safe and effective treatment.更多还原
