【Abstract】 The paper briefly introduces the principle and process of fluorescence,as well as the working principle of fluorimeter and working flow of the Single-Photon Counting technique.It illustrates the fluorescence features and test methods of N,N’-dimethylpiperazine,including the UV spectrum and fluorescence spectrum and intrinsic fluorescence lifetime.The relationship between the photophysical properties of N,N’-dimethylpiperazine and N-N dipole-dipole interactions is also discussed.The fluoresence radiative rate constant kRof N,N’-dimethylpiperazine is smaller than that of monoamines.The computational result is consistent with experiments.更多还原
