液相色谱-原子荧光联用测定植物中汞形态

【摘要】 建立液相色谱-原子荧光联用测定植物中汞形态的测量方法,并优化仪器参数和氢化物发生条件。在2%KBH4和7%盐酸的氢化物发生条件下,且Hg2+、甲基汞、乙基汞3种汞形态的线性范围在5~100μg/L时,线性相关系数均优于0.999。方法检出限分别是:Hg2+为0.33μg/L,甲基汞为0.83μg/L,乙基汞为0.28μg/L,各形态RSD均小于7%,植物样品加标回收率78.7%~112%。本方法适用于植物中汞化合物形态分析测定。

【Abstract】 Established a method to measure mercury specie determination in plants by using liquid chromatography combined with hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(LC-AFS).The separation condition was optimized.Using 2% KBH4 and 7% HCl,the hydride generation reaction had linear range of 5~100 μg/L for three mercury species and the linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999.The method’s detection limits were 0.33μg/L for Hg2+,0.38μg/L for methylmercury,0.28μg/L for ethylmercury.RSDs are less than 7% and spiked recoveries are in the range of 78.7%~112%.The proposed method had been applied to the determination of mercury speciation in contaminated plants.
