【摘要】 目的观察三维适形放疗联合甘氨双唑钠(CMNa)对高龄食道癌患者的增敏作用及不良反应。方法 2009年7月～2011年7月收治的老年食道癌患者50例,随机分为研究组和单纯放疗组,每组25例,研究组:CMNa800mg/m2+0.9%氯化钠100ml于放疗前60min内输入,3次/周。两组患者均行三维适形放疗,DT62～64Gy/31～32F。比较两组的近期疗效及不良反应。结果研究组近期有效率为68%,单纯放疗组为44%(P﹤0.05);两组患者不良反应比较差异无统计学意义。结论 CMNa可以提高老年食道癌患者病灶放射敏感性,3DCRT联合CMNa治疗不能耐受化疗的高龄患者近期疗效好,不良反应小。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe effect and adverse reactions of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT) combined with glycodidazolum sodium(CMNa) in elderly patients with esophageal cancer.METHODS 50 elderly patients with esophageal cancer from 2009 July to 2011 July were collected,and randomly divided into study group and radiotherapy group,25 patients in each group.In study group,patients received CMNa 800mg /m2+100ml sodium chloride injection within 60min before radiotherapy,three times a week.The patients in both groups accepted three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT),with DT62-64Gy /31-32F.We compared the efficacy and adverse reactions between two groups.RESULTS The effective rate was 68% in study group,and 45% in the radiotherapy group,and statistical difference was found between them(P ﹤0.05).However,no statistical difference was found in adverse reactions.CONCLUSION CMNa can increase the radiosensitivity in elderly patients with esophageal cancer,and the 3DCRT combined with CMNa with good recent effect and low toxicity in elderly patients with esophageal cancer who can not tolerate chemotherapy.更多还原
