【摘要】 目的调查河北省邢台市农村地区男男性接触者(MSM)人群HIV/HCV/梅毒感染流行特征以及性行为现状,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用同伴动员招募方法,对邢台市农村MSM人群进行匿名问卷调查,并对自愿参加检测的人员采集血样,进行HIV/HCV/梅毒血清学检测。结果共调查MSM人群166人,调查对象年龄较大,平均年龄34岁,文化程度较低,高中及以下学历者占88.5%,艾滋病知识知晓率为86.7%。最近6个月与男性肛交每次均使用安全套比例为39.7%。82.7%被调查者自诉有固定女性性伴,其中46.4%的被调查者与女性发生性行为时从未使用安全套。HIV/HCV/梅毒阳性率分别为3.61%、1.81%、14.4%。结论邢台市农村地区MSM人群在婚较多,高危性行为发生率较高,安全套使用率低,应采取积极有效的宣传教育和行为干预活动。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the HIV /HCV/syphilis infection in male homosexuality in rural areas in Xingtai,and to provide scientific basis for making intervention measures.METHODS The companion mobilization recruitment method was conducted.Serum HIV /HCV /syphilis detection were given to volunteers selected from a anonymous questionnaire survey in male homosexuality population of Xingtai rural.RESULTS A total of 166 MSM were investigated,and most of them were relatively old,and they had an average age of 34.The cultural level was relatively low,and the high school educational level and below accounted for 88.5%.AIDS knowledge awareness was 86.7%.For the last 6 months,the condom use proportion of male anal sex was 39.7%.82.7% of respondents private prosecution had fixed female sexual partners,46.4% of the respondents never used condoms when having sex with females.HIV /HCV /syphilis positive rates were 3.61%,1.81% and 14.4%,respectively.CONCLUSION In rural areas,most of the MSM were married,the rate of high-risk sexual behavior was high,and the rate of condom usage was low.We should take the positive and effective publicity education and behavior intervention.更多还原
