【摘要】 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血管并发症与血小板参数的关系。方法检测糖尿病各种血管并发症患者的血小板参数,统计学分析比较其差异。结果在几组研究对象中,糖尿病并发高血压组、糖尿病并发脑梗塞组、糖尿病视网膜病变组PLT最低,糖尿病并发高血压组、糖尿病视网膜病变组MPV最高,糖尿病并发脑梗塞组的PDW最高。结论糖尿病并发高血压、脑梗塞或视网膜病变与血小板参数的关系密切,在并发症的预防和控制中要特别注意监测血小板参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To approach the relationship between platelet parameters and vaso-complication of DM.METHODS The level of platelet parameters in DM patients of various kinds of vaso-complication were compared.Then statistic analysis was taken for analyzing the data.RESULTS During several observed groups,PLT was lowest in diabetic with hypertension,cerbral infarction or retinopathy.MPV was highest in diabetic with hypertension or retinopathy.PDW was highest in diabetic with cerbral infarction.CONCLUSION Platelet parameters were closely correlated to DM complicated with hypertension,cerbral infarction or retinopathy and should be paid more attention to.更多还原
