【摘要】 目的探讨AO微型锁定钢板内固定治疗Rolado骨折的技术及疗效。方法针对12例Rolando骨折采取尽早切开复位、AO微型锁定钢板内固定治疗,并辅以早期功能训练。结果术后随访6个月～3年余,骨折完全愈合,按手外科功能评定标准:优8例,良3例,中1例,优良率达到91.66%。结论应用AO微型锁定钢板内固定治疗Rolando骨折,并辅以早期功能训练,可达到满意的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the AO mini locking plate fixation Rolado fracture and efficacy.METHODS 12 cases with Rolando fracture were taken open reduction and AO mini locking plate fixation,supplemented by early functional training.RESULTS The patients were followed up for six months to three years I,the fracture completely healed.According to the function evaluation of Hand Surgery,we found that excellent was in eight cases,better was in 3 cases and good was in 1 case.The good rate was 91.66%.CONCLUSION With AO mini-locking plate fixation of Rolando fracture,supplemented by early functional training can achieve a satisfactory therapeutic effect.更多还原
