【摘要】 目的研究甲状腺结节的社区筛检干预与临床治疗规范的效果。方法抽取具有代表性的3个社区内所有25岁以上人群约10万人进行社区筛检干预,并选择检出者作为观察组给予规范治疗。观察患者肿瘤的病理类型、术后生存质量以及复发、转移、死亡情况。结果观察组良性率93.33%,对照组良性率82.5%,良性肿瘤例数明显少于对照组、恶性肿瘤的分化程度明显优于对照组;生存质量量表的总评分及其余各项评分均明显高于对照组;术后复发12例、死亡3例、远处转移7例,均明显低于对照组。结论社区筛检干预与临床规范治疗能够在甲状腺肿瘤病变的早期发现疾病,并有效改善患者术后的生存质量,降低复发率、转移率和死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the effect of community screening interventions and clinical treatment for thyroid nodules.METHODS Three communities were selected,with people age above 25 years,about 10 million populations were taken community screening intervention.Positive people were selected as observation group and were given the standard treatment.The tumor pathological types,quality of survival after recurrence,metastasis,and death were observed.RESULTS The benign rate of observation group was 93.33%,and was 82.5% in the control group.The number of benign tumors was significantly less than that in the control group,and malignant tumor differentiation was superior to the control group;quality of life scale total score and the rest of the score were significantly higher than those in the control group;The postoperative recurrence occurred in 12 cases,3 cases died,7 cases had distant metastases,which were significantly lower than the control group.CONCLUSION Community screening intervention and clinical standard treatment can be found in the thyroid tumor lesions early disease,and effectively improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the recurrence rate,metastatic rate and mortality.更多还原
