【摘要】 目的探讨关节置换术后患者外周血调节T细胞水平变化及其临床意义。方法入选2008年7月～2011年8月在某院行关节置换术患者278例,同时入选该院采用关节镜治疗非关节置换手术患者263例作为对照组,采用流式细胞术检测两组患者手术前后CD+4CD25+T细胞比例。结果关节置换手术组患者手术后CD+4CD25+T细胞占CD+4T细胞百分比显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);对照组手术前后差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);关节置换手术组患者手术前后CD+4CD25+T细胞比例变化为(1.69±1.23)%显著高于对照组(0.15±1.27)%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论关节置换术后患者发生的感染与假体植入引起的免疫反应有关,外周血调节T细胞水平可能成为感染存在及其严重程度的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the change of regulatory T cells level of peripheral blood in patients after joint replacement surgery and clinical significance.METHODS 278 cases of arthroplasty patients in our hospital from July 2008 to August 2011 were chosen,and 263 cases of arthroscopic treatment of non-joint replacement surgery patients at the same time were selected as the control group.The CD + 4 of CD25 + T cell rates were taken with flow cytometry for detection.RESULTS The rate of joint replacement surgery of CD + 4 of CD25 + T cells accounted for the CD + 4 T cells in patients after surgery were significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤ 0.05).There was no significant difference for the control group before and after surgery(P﹥0.05).The percentage change of CD + 4 of CD25 + T cells for joint replacement surgery patients before and after surgery were(1.69 ± 1.23) %,it was significantly higher than that of the control group of(0.15 ± 1.27) %,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05).CONCLUSION The infection in arthroplasty has a relation with the immune response caused by prosthesis.The peripheral blood regulatory T cell levels may be one of the infection presence and severity indicator.更多还原
