【摘要】 目的评价住院部基于电子病历系统的传染病报告系统的效果,为进一步改善该系统提供依据。方法比较传染病报告系统使用前后医院传染病报告率、及时率、完整率和准确率。结果传染病报告系统的使用,传染病的报告率提高了3.2%,及时率提高了3.8%,完整率提高了12.8%,准确率提高了16.2%。结论住院部基于电子病历系统的传染病报告系统的使用,实现了住院部传染病报告的信息化管理,极大提高了传染病报告的完整性和准确性,减轻了医务人员的工作量,一定程度上提高了传染病报告的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of infectious disease report system based on electronic medical record in inpatient department,and provide basis for improving the system.METHODS We made a comparison of report rate,timeliness rate,completion rate and accuracy rate before and after using infectious disease report system.RESULTS The report rate,timeliness rate,completion rate and accuracy rate of infectious disease after using infectious disease report system were increased by 3.2%,3.8%,12.8% and 16.2%,respectively.CONCLUSION The use of infectious disease report system based on electronic medical record in inpatient department realized the information-based management,improved greatly the completeness and accuracy of infectious disease report,eased the workload of medical people,and improved the quality of infectious disease report.更多还原
