【摘要】 目的探讨微创内固定系统在治疗胫骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法选择某院治疗胫骨近端骨折的患者58例,将58例患者随机分为2组,一组给予经微创内固定系统治疗并进行随访,一组行常规手术治疗。对手术中失血,伤口的愈合时间,功能恢复状况,有无并发症等进行观察,并做统计学分析。结果经微创内固定治疗的患者,术后失血量少,创口愈合速度快,术后膝关节功能良好,均无并发症出现。与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论微创内固定系统在治疗胫骨近端骨折时,有很好的疗效,术中出血少,术后功能恢复良好,并发症少。此技术是治疗胫骨近端骨折的有效治疗方法,值得在临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical research of minimally invasive fixation system in proximal tibial fractures.METHODS 58 proximal tibial fracture cases were selected in our hospital.All patients were divided into two groups,one group with minimally invasive fixation system and follow-up,another group with conventional surgery.Compared the blood loss,wound healing time,function restore condition and complications,the results was dealt with statistics analysis.RESULTS The patients with minimally invasive fixation system had the less blood loss,speed wound healing and excellent postoperative knee function,and no complications.There were significant differences with the control group,P﹤0.05.CONCLUSION The minimally invasive fixation system in proximal tibial fracture has good curative effect,with the less blood loss,speed wound healing and excellent postoperative knee function,and no complications,which is an effective treatment method in proximal tibial fracture treatment,is worth of clinic promotion.更多还原
