【摘要】 目的观察B-Lynch缝合术用于剖宫产术中出血的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析某院2008年10月～2012年2月期间,采用B-Lynch缝合术对60例剖宫产术中出血产妇进行止血的临床资料,并选择同期与该60例产妇一般资料具有可比性而行宫腔填塞纱条止血的60例产妇的临床资料,对两种止血方式进行对比分析,总结B-Lynch缝合术用于剖宫产术中出血止血的优劣。结果两种止血方式的临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);B-Lynch缝合术在手术时间、止血时间、中转切除子宫、术后感染等方面比较,均较行宫腔填塞纱条产妇具有明显优势,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P值均﹤0.05);同时对两种止血方法中行中转子宫切除术者的临床资料进行分析发现,剖宫产术中出血采用宫腔填塞纱条者中转子宫切除者均为双胎或超重婴儿产妇,说明这两类产妇不宜采用宫腔填塞纱条止血而应行B-Lynch缝合术。结论 B-Lynch缝合术较宫腔填塞纱条用于剖宫产术中出血者止血具有明显的优势及更广的适用范围,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy and security of cesarean section in the application of B-Lynch suture hemostasis.METHODS The clinical data of 60 cases of cesarean section maternal taking with B-Lynch suture in haemostasis in our hospital from October 2008 to February 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.The general information of the same period of comparable clinical data of 60 cases of maternal uterine packing gauze were chosen.Two hemostatic ways were taken for comparative analysis.Summarized the pros and cons of the B-Lynch suture for hemostasis of cesarean section.RESULTS The clinical efficacy of the two hemostatic ways had no significant difference(P﹥0.05).The operative time,bleeding time,transit hysterectomy,postoperative infection,B-Lynch suture had obvious advantages,compared with line intrauterine filling yarn maternal article,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The clinical data for haemostasis hysterectomy in the two methods at the same time were analyzed,it showed that in cesarean section intrauterine packing gauze transit hysterectomy were twins or overweight infants maternal,indicating that these two types of mothers should not be given intrauterine packing gauze,but should be given the B-Lynch suture.CONCLUSION The B-Lynch suture compared with uterine packing gauze for cesarean section in hemostasis has a distinct advantage and a broader scope of application,it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
