【摘要】 目的了解医院工作人员的乙型肝炎病毒感染情况及保护性抗体乙型肝炎病毒表面抗体(抗-HBs)阳性情况,为有效防控提供科学依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)双抗夹心法,对某院892名医护人员进行乙肝5项指标的检测。结果受检的892名医护人员中检出乙肝HBsAg携带者8例,乙肝HBsAg携带率为0.89%。其中乙肝HBsAg男性携带率1.01%,女性0.34%;检出抗-HBs阳性236例,阳性率为26.46%。其中男性抗-HBs阳性率27.18%,女性26.09%。本次乙肝5项检测中共检出6种模式,主要模式为5项全阴和单项抗-HBs阳性,且5项全阴检出率为72.65%,单项抗-HBs阳性检出率为14.35%。结论医院医护人员这一特殊人群防御乙肝意识强,乙型肝炎的携带率明显减少。树立牢固的防护意识和各项防护措施加强是预防医护人员感染乙肝病毒的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To understand the hospital staff of hepatitis B virus infection status and protective antibody hepatitis B virus exterior antibody(anti-HBs)-positive,and provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control.METHODS The enzyme-linked immunosorbent adsorption test(ELISA)double antioxidant clip method was used in this study.A total of 892 medical workers received hepatitis B detection.RESULTS Among 892 medical workers who received hepatitis B detection,and 8 cases had positive HBsAg,and the rate of carrying hepatitis?B HBsAg was 0.89%.The rate of hepatitis B HBsAg in males was 1.01%,and was 0.34% in females.236 patients showed positive anti-HBs,and the positive rate was 26.46%.The positive rate of anti-HBs was 27.18% for males,and 26.09% for females.A total of 6 models for hepatitis B detection were used in our study,the main model was five negative indexes and positive anti-HBs.The detection rate of five negative indexes was 72.65%,and the detection rate of positive anti-HBs was 14.35%.CONCLUSION The sense of preventing hepatitis B is strong among medical staffs,and the rate of carrying hepatitis B significantly decreased.It is important to establish a strong sense of self-protection and prevention to prevent hepatitis B virus infection for health care workers.更多还原
