【摘要】 目的了解乙肝相关疾病住院病人经济负担及其影响因素。方法在2010年3月至9月期间对宁夏3市共6家综合医院668例乙肝相关疾病住院病人进行经济负担调查,结果用SPSS11.5统计软件处理。结果乙肝相关疾病病人年直接医疗费用26199.23元,直接非医疗费用2086.53元;年直接经济负担为28285.76元,间接经济负担为3315.63元,两者之比为1︰0.12,无形经济负担为56366.41元,总经济负担为87967.80元;不同户籍、住院天数、医院级别、乙肝相关疾病类型等患者的经济负担差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论乙肝相关疾病患者的经济负担比较沉重,并受多种因素影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the hepatitis B-related diseases patients’ economic burden and influencing factors.METHODS From March to September 2010,Six general hospitals of Ningxia was enrolled and 668 patients were selected to participate in the survey.The results were analyzed by SPSS 11.5 statistical software.RESULTS The hepatitis B-related diseases patients spent 26 199.23 Yuan on medical expense and 2 086.53 Yuan on non-medical expense.The direct economic burden was 28 285.76 Yuan one year,and the indirect economic burden was 3 315.63 Yuan one year,the ratio of the two burdens was 1︰0.12,the recessive of economic burden was 56 366.41 Yuan,and the total of economic burden was 87 967.80 Yuan.The patients’ economic burden had significant differences in different household register,length of stay,hospital grade and the type of hepatitis B-related disease(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION The patients had a heavy economic burden that was affected by many factors.更多还原
