【摘要】 目的探讨脑出血所致半侧空间忽略患者的偏瘫康复疗效及其对预后的影响。方法共纳入28例均经CT证实的脑出血患者,所有患者均有偏瘫症状,并按照是否导致半侧空间忽略分为A组与B组。记录所有受试者的相关病史,且所有患者接受相同的肢体康复治疗。结果 A组(有半侧空间忽略症状)其行偏瘫康复治疗后的效果明显低于B组(无半侧空间忽略症状),总有效率分别为50.0%及71.4%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论有半侧空间忽略症状组行偏瘫康复治疗后的效果明显低于无半侧空间忽略症状组,认为脑出血所致的半侧空间忽略可以明显影响偏瘫患者的康复治疗疗效,对脑出血所致半侧空间忽略患者早期行更多的干预及治疗有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the association between unilateral spatial neglect symptoms and the rehabilitation of extremity function in patients with hemorrhage.METHODS 28 hospitalized patients of hemorrhage were enrolled.All of the patients with hemiplegia symptoms,according to whether lead to unilateral spatial neglect symptoms,were divided into group A and group B.Recorded all subjects related medical history,and all of the patients accepted the same body rehabilitation therapy.RESULTS The rehabilitation of extremity function in group A(unilateral spatial neglect symptoms)was significantly lower than the group B(no unilateral spatial neglect symptoms),the total effective rate was 50.0% and 71.4%,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION The rehabilitation of extremity function in group A(unilateral spatial neglect symptoms)is significantly lower than the group B(no unilateral spatial neglect symptoms).It is necessary to call for intervention treatment in patients in clinic.更多还原
