【摘要】 目的了解南宁市旅店业的卫生质量,探讨旅店业卫生管理的先进模式。方法于2005～2009年随机对南宁市部分旅店公共用品、客房空气进行采样监测并对结果评价分析,受监测的各类样品的采样方法按GB/T17220-1998、公共用品和客房空气结果评价分别按WS205-2001、GB9663-1996进行。结果公共用品、客房空气监测结果总合格率分别为89.1%、77.3%;合格率呈逐年上升的趋势,5年合格率差异均有统计学意义。其中高、中、低档旅店公共用品合格率分别为93.6%、89.2%和85.6%,客房空气合格率分别为82.5%、75.9%和74.5%。结论南宁市旅店业总体卫生质量较好,低档旅店的公共用品和客房空气的合格率较低,各监管部门应加强监督监测力度,继续在旅店业大力推广布草集中清洗消毒的管理模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To know sanitary quality of the hotel industry in Nanning,so as to explore advanced model for hotel industry management. METHODS All kinds of samples from the hotels in Nanning City during 2005 to 2009 were collected according to GB/T17220-1998,the results of public goods and indoor atmosphere were evaluated by WS205-2001 and GB9663-1996. RESULTS The total qualification rate of the public goods and indoor atmosphere was 89.1% and 77.3%,respectively. It showed increased trend and significant different in the qualified rates in the five years. According to the frame of the high,middle and low class hotels,the qualification rates of public goods were 93.6%,89.2% and 85.6%,respectively,and the qualification rates of indoor atmosphere were 82.5%,75.9% and 74.5%,respectively. CONCLUSION The general sanitation situation of the hotels industry in Nanning was good,but the qualification rate of indoor atmosphere and public goods in the low class hotels was lower than the others. Supervisory management and the centralized disinfection management model should be enhanced in the hotels.更多还原
