【摘要】 "卓越工程师教育培养计划"的建设目标是培养造就一大批创新能力强、适应经济社会发展需要的高质量各类型工程技术人才,而进入"卓越计划"试点专业的学生基本素质是保证培养目标实现的基础。本文根据现有试点高校及专业招生选拔方法,结合我校化学工程与工艺专业学生就业去向,确定了二次招生原则,提出了由学生自愿报名、工程创新意识和实践能力考核、职业兴趣测评和面试等一系列过程构成的招生选拔程序,并进行尝试与实践,为兄弟高校的二次招生提供参考与借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 "A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers" (PETOE) project aims to train up lots of high-quality engineering technical professionals with strong innovative ability for the engineering and industrial fields in order to meet the requirements of our social and economic progress.And also the quality of the university students entering the PETOE project provides a guarantee for this purpose.According to the admission policy of students in the pilot universities participating in the PETOE project,a screening procedure corresponding to the current developing level of Zhejiang University of Technology and the profession divisions of our former graduates was proposed and carried out first in 2010-grade fresh under-graduates in the major of chemical engineering and technology including the voluntary application,tests about the consciousness to the engineering innovative and the practical ability,occupation interest analysis and an interview,which can provide reference for the pilot universities in PETOE project.更多还原
