湘西土家族苗族自治州古丈县和永顺县1992~2006年原发性肝癌死亡调查浅析

【摘要】 目的探讨湘西土家族苗族自治州古丈县和永顺县居民1992年1月~2006年12月期间原发性肝癌死亡特征。方法组织经培训的调查人员深入古丈县和永顺县逐户进行上述15年恶性肿瘤回顾抽样调查,统一填写表格和汇总,对原发性肝癌死亡情况进行分析。结果原发性肝癌死亡率22.1/10万,其中男性30.1/10万,女性12.2/10万,占全部恶性肿瘤死亡的19.83%,仅次于胃癌和肺癌,居第3位,肝癌对男性的危害比女性严重,死亡比例为2.47,原发性肝癌死亡可出现于各年龄组,死亡率属于中国高死亡水平。结论湘西土家族苗族自治州古丈县和永顺县1992~2006年原发性肝癌死亡率较高,是湖南省恶性肿瘤防治的重点,预防和控制HBV和HCV感染是主要措施。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the death character of primary liver cancer(PLC) in Xiangxi autonomous state of tujia and miao nationalities from 1992 to 2006.Methods Organize research group members and junior students were taken part in the investigation,and approached to a number of the village and towns to investigate the PLC mortality of 15 years from 1992 to 2006.Results The crude mortality for PLC was 22.1 per 100 000 population,and 30.1 per 100 000 for males,12.2 per 100 000 for females,accounted for 19.83% of the total cancer deaths in the 15 years.PLC mortality ranked third after stomach cancer and lung cancer,and was more danger for male(2.47 of the mortality rate ratio).PLC occurred in every age group;the mortality of PLC still reserved its high level in china.Conclusions The mortality of PLC is higher in Xiangxi autonomous state of tujia and miao nationalities from 1992 to 2006.And it is the key area of cancer prevention and treatment in Hunan province.
