【Abstract】 With the establishment of free public library service policy,free to use electronic reading rooms,must be accompanied by the free use of computer and the Internet in public libraries,free services to be carried out.This paper discussed that after the electronic reading room was open free,free use of computers and the Internet in public library,which brings impacts on our society,library users,and public libraries themselves,and public libraries may take some countermeasures to cope with these impacts and difficulties.更多还原
