【Abstract】 The individual’s tacit knowledge have played important role in knowledge services and self- development of university library.The evaluation of the tacit knowledge of librarians was important.The tacit knowledge of librarians measurement indicators were established and the Defei’er and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were used to evaluated the tacit knowledge of librarians in this paper.The advantages and disadvantages of fuzzy measure of tacit knowledge of librarians were pointed out.更多还原
