【Abstract】 By applying SWOT theory,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of university discipline construction,and proposes suitable competitive strategies and makes competitive evaluation and priority ordering of the strategies by applying Quality Function Distribution(QFD).It also applies TRIZ to solve the conflicts between SWOT and QFD so as to promote effective and reasonable competitive strategies of university discipline construction that can meet the needs of both the university and society.更多还原
