【摘要】 目的探讨改良潜行支架放置法在泪小管断裂吻合术中的应用效果和护理经验。方法回顾性分析26例外伤性泪小管断裂患者应用改良潜行支架吻合术的效果和护理方法。结果 26例患者手术均成功完成。随访1～12个月,2例1个月内因支架将下泪小管割裂豁开后脱出,冲洗泪道不通畅,24例术后泪道冲洗通畅,无其他并发症发生。结论应用改良潜行支架放置法治疗外伤性泪小管断裂,可提高外伤性泪小管断裂吻合术的成功率,手术前后的护理配合是手术成功的重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of applying improved upholder placement in microcanaliculoplasty and summarize the nursing experience.Method A retrospective review was conducted upon the histories of 26 patients with canalicular laceration traumatic to investigate the effect of applying improved upholder placement in microcanaliculoplasty and summarize the nursing experience.Results The microcanaliculoplasty for all the 26 patients was successful.The 1 ～ 12 months follow ups showed shedding of the upholders and obstruction of lacrimal passages in 2 cases at first month,and unobstruction of lacrimal passages and no other complications in 24 cases.Conclusion The improved unholder placement used for microcanaliculoplasty may improve the success rate of the operation and the nursing cooperation is critical for the successful manipulation of the operation.更多还原
