【摘要】 目的探讨特需医疗中心护士素质培训的效果。方法对特需医疗中心护士进行素质培训,内容包括专业知识的学习和巩固,培养良好的沟通能力、宽容待人心态、灵活的工作艺术等。比较培训前后病人对护士综合素质的评价。结果培训后病人对护士理论知识、健康教育、服务态度、沟通技巧的满意率较培训前高,培训前后比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论通过护士素质培训,在不断提升护士自身素质和服务水平的同时,提高了病人对护士工作的满意率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of quality cultivation on nurses in special medical treatment center.Methods All the nurses in the special medical treatment center received quality cultivation including knowledge learning,communication techniques,active learning atitude,and so on.The evaluation of comprehensive quality for the nurses before and after training were compared.Result There were significant differences in patients’ satisfaction rates towards nurses health education,service attitude,communication technique(all P < 0.05).Conclusion It is a good way to enhance the patients’ satisfaction rates by quality cultivation for nurses.更多还原
