【摘要】 目的探讨两种体位对头颈部肿瘤患者术后效果的影响。方法将156例择期手术的头颈部肿瘤患者分为试验组(85例)和对照组(71例)。试验组患者术后采取头颈下垫枕并予头部抬高15°的低半卧位,对照组患者采取传统的去枕平卧位。术后6h,观察两组患者生命体征变化情况、伤口疼痛程度和不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者生命体征异常发生率、不良反应(排尿困难、机体麻木及烦躁)发生率和疼痛程度均较对照组低,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论头颈部肿瘤患者术后采取头颈下垫枕并予头部抬高15°的低半卧位在保证患者的安全,提高患者的舒适度的同时,降低了并发症的发生,同时减轻患者焦虑、恐惧等负性情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of semi-reclining and prostration positions on patients with head and neck neoplasm.Methods 165 inpatients of selective operation were divided into the experiment group(n=85)and the control group(n=71):the former group took semi-reclining position with head on pillow and raised by 15°and the 71 patients in the latter prostration position without pillow.The two groups were compared 6 hours after operation in respect of vital signs,pain degree at the cut and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The incidence of adverse reactions,incidence of abnormal vital signs and pain degree in the experiment group were all significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The semi-reclining position with head on the pillow and raised by 15°may ensure the safety and improve the comfort degree and reduce the incidence of complications.Importantly,it may alleviate such negative motions as anxiety and fears.更多还原
