【摘要】 目的探讨会阴按摩在自然分娩中的应用效果。方法选择2009年10月～2010年10月在本院住院的非高危选择自然分娩的初产妇110例为研究对象,随机将产妇分为对照组与实验组,每组各55例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在此基础上给予会阴按摩。比较两组产妇自然分娩时会阴情况、第2产程时间、出血量及住院天数。结果两组产妇分娩时会阴情况比较,实验组优于对照组,两组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;实验组第2产程时间、住院天数明显短于对照组,产后2h出血量明显少于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论会阴按摩可提高会阴完整率,降低会阴侧切率,缩短第2产程时间,减少产后出血量,缩短产妇住院天数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of perineal massage on natural childbirth. Methods 110 hospitalized primiparas selecting natural childbirth during October 2009 and October 2010 were evenly randomized into the control group and the experiment group. The former group received routine nursing and the latter were nursed by perineal massage plus routine nursing. The two groups were compared on perineal conditions, second labor time, bleeding volume and hospital stays. Results The perineal conditions in the experimental group were superior to the control group (P < 0.05). The second labor time and the hospital days in the former group were significantly shorter than those of the control group. The bleeding volume was significantly less than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions Perineal massage can increase perineal integrity rate, reduce the episiotomy rate, shorten the second duration of labor, reduce postpartum hemorrhage and shorten hospitalization duration.更多还原
