【摘要】 目的探讨主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术患者的围手术期护理措施。方法对52例主动脉夹层行腔内隔绝术患者的护理情况进行回顾性分析和总结。结果48例患者治愈出院,4例患者术后出现急性肾功能衰竭,转院治疗。结论精心有效的围手术期护理可减少并发症发生,提高患者生存率和改善预后,进而提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate perioperative nursing measures of endovascular exclusion for aortic dissection.Method The clinical histories of 52 patients undergoing endovascular exclusion for aortic dissection were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Result 48 patients were cured and discharged.Another 4 patients contracted postoperative acute renal failure and were transferred for further treatment in another hospital.Conclusion Careful and effective perioperative care can help reduce complications,improve the survival rate and enhance patients’ quality of life.更多还原
