【摘要】 目的探讨失眠患者的匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分与皮肤交感反应(SSR)、焦虑及抑郁等的相关性。方法对40例失眠患者进行汉密尔顿焦虑、抑郁表达量表(Hama/Hamd)、PSQI评分和SSR检测。结果失眠程度与焦虑总分、抑郁总分及躯体化焦虑互呈正相关;躯体化焦虑与焦虑总分、抑郁总分呈正相关;SSR与PSQI相关系数为0.323,无相关性。结论失眠与焦虑、抑郁相互影响,相关性显著;女性易患失眠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to investigate the correlation among the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) scores and skin sympathetic response(SSR),anxiety and depression in patients with insomnia.Methods The Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale for Depression Scale(Hama/Hamd),PSQI) score and SSR were tested in 40 cases of patients with insomnia.Results Insomnia degree was positively correlated with anxiety score,depression score and somatization anxiety.Somatization anxiety,and anxiety score,depression score were positively related.The correlation coefficient was 0.323 between SSR and PSQI,no correlation between them was found.Conclusion Insomnia and anxiety,depression can effect each other,and the correlation is significant.Women are predisposed to insomnia.更多还原
