【摘要】 目的探讨高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)对人胆管癌QBC939细胞VEGF-C表达的影响。方法以HMGB1作为干预因素,时间效应组以含HMGB1的培养液分别培养QBC939细胞不同时间,剂量效应组分别用不同浓度HMGB1的培养液与QBC939细胞共培养8 h,采用RT-PCR和Western blot检测细胞中VEGF-C mRNA和蛋白质的表达。结果HMGB1可有效诱导QBC939细胞中VEGF-C的表达。QBC939细胞中VEGF-C mRNA和蛋白质的表达与HMGB1剂量呈量效关系,与HMGB1处理呈时间依赖关系。结论 HMGB1可诱导人胆管癌QBC939细胞中VEGF-C的表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to approach the effect of HMGB1 on the expression of VEGF-C in bile duct carcinoma QBC939 cells.Methods QBC939 cells were cultured with HMGB1 for different time periods,or with different concentrations of HMGB1 for 8-hour.The expressions of VEGF-C mRNA and protein were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot.Results The expression of VEGF-C in QBC939 cells was availably induced by HMGB1.The expression of VEGF-C mRNA and protein in QBC939 cells had a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner with HMGB1.Conclusion HMGB1 can induce the expression of VEGF-C in QBC939 cells.更多还原
