【摘要】 目的观察复方苦参注射液联合EP方案治疗无手术指征的小细胞肺癌患者近期疗效、疼痛缓解程度及对生活质量的影响。方法 30例患者分为2组,实验组15例应用EP化疗方案,同时加用复方苦参注射液20 mL溶于0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL中静滴,每日1次,连用14 d为1个疗程,间歇2～3周行下一疗程。对照组15例,予单纯EP方案化疗。所有病例完成2个疗程进行疗效评价。观察患者近期疗效、疼痛缓解情况及对生活质量的影响。结果实验组临床获益率93%,对照组73%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗后癌痛缓解率70%,对照组44%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);实验组患者的生活质量明显提高,不良反应减轻,与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论 EP方案联合复方苦参注射液治疗小细胞肺癌可以稳定肿瘤病灶,缓解疼痛,提高患者生活质量,减轻不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the short-term effect,pain relief degree and the influence in life quality of compound matrine injection combine with EP regimen in patients with small cell lung cancer but without surgical indications.Methods Thirty patients were divided into two groups,fifteen patients in experimental group were treated with EP regimen,and added 20 mL compound matrine injection in soluble 250 mL 0.9% sodium chloride injection by ivgtt,once a day,14d for a course of treatment,interval 2 to 3 weeks.Fifteen patients in control group were treated with EP regimen only.All patients completed efficacy evaluation after two course of treatment.The short-term effect of chemotherapy,pain relief and the influence in life quality were observed.Results The clinical benefit rate was 93% in experimental group and 73% in control group,there was significantly difference between both groups(P<0.05).The cancer pain relief rate was 70% in experimental group and was 44% in control group,there were significant differences between both groups(P<0.05);the life quality was improved significantly,and adverse reactions was reduced in experimental group,there were significantly difference compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion EP regimen combine with compound matrine injection to treat small cell lung cancer,can stabilize tumor focus,relieve pain,improve quality of life,reduce adverse reactions.更多还原
