平板显示器光学滤光膜用压敏胶研究进展
Progress in pressure sensitive adhesives for the optical filters of the flat-panel displays
【摘要】 简要介绍了平板显示器的发展现状,指出了上游的核心原材料的研发水平是制约平板显示器产业链发展的关键因素。阐明了上游核心原材料之一的光学滤光膜用压敏胶在平板显示器中的作用,重点讨论了平板显示器光学滤光膜用压敏胶目前面临的主要问题,具体分析了环境温度、湿度对光学滤光膜器件光学显示性能的影响,提出了开发可以应用于更宽的温度范围和大尺寸显示器的光学滤光膜用压敏胶是其当今的主要研究方向。详细介绍了光学滤光膜用压敏胶的改性研究进展,同时总结了各种改性方法的优缺点,最后指出对压敏胶的结构与性能关系进行系统研究是解决目前光学滤光膜用压敏胶度面临问题的主要方法。
【Abstract】 The recent developments of the flat-panel displays(FPD) are briefly introduced.The upstream raw materials are known as the key factor affecting the development of the industrial chain of FPD.The functions of the pressure sensitive adhesives(PSAs) for the optical filters in FPD are described.The main problems of these PSAs are also pointed out.The influences of the ambient temperatures and humidity on the optical filters are analyzed in detail.The primary development directions of the PSAs is expected to be applied to the large-size FPD and various environment temperatures.The modification progress of the PSAs is reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages are summarized as well.In the end,the relationships between the structures and properties systematically are put forward as the key method to solve the problems of the PSAs for the optical filters in FPD.
