NiO-CeO2/ZnO催化剂制备及其乙醇水蒸气重整制氢性能
Preparation of NiO-CeO2/ZnO catalysts and performance of hydrogen production via ethanol steam reforming
【摘要】 通过共沉淀法制备了一系列不同质量分数CeO2的NiO-CeO2/ZnO催化剂,在固定床反应器中检测其制氢性能。运用XRD、BET、SEM等手段对催化剂进行表征发现:CeO2质量分数决定催化剂的制氢性能,其中15%NiO/5%CeO2/ZnO表现出最好的氢气产率和选择性。质量分数为5%CeO2的加入,可以有效地增强NiO与CeO2、ZnO之间的相互作用,减小活性组分NiO的粒径,促进其分散性,增大比表面积,NiO也更易于被还原,从而得到更好的制氢性能。
【Abstract】 A series of NiO-CeO2/ZnO catalysts with various CeO2 contents are synthesized by co-precipitation method.Performance of hydrogen production is tested on fixed bed and the catalysts are characterized by XRD、BET and SEM,respectively.The results show the amount of CeO2 added is a key influence factor for the performance of hydrogen production.15%NiO/5%CeO2/ZnO exhibits best hydrogen yield and selectivity.The incorporation of 5%CeO2 could enhance the interaction of NiO with CeO2 and ZnO,reduce the size of NiO particulate,promote the dispersion and increase the BET area.It is helpful for NiO to be reduced.Thus,better catalytic performance can be achieved.
