【摘要】 为满足特高压、智能电网和大规模电力输送的电力发展新形势,电网企业必须不断提高自己的竞争力,包括"硬实力"和"软实力"的全面提升。文章在借鉴"软实力"现有研究成果的基础上,将电网企业的软实力表现概括为"4个力"系统,即策略力、执行力、凝聚力和创新力。然后从软实力资源视角构建了电网企业软实力综合评价指标体系,建立了多因素多层次模糊优选评价模型,并进行了实证研究,得出了有益的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to meet the new developing demand of power grid,such as the new trend of ultra-high voltage,intelligent power grid and large-scale power transmission,power grid enterprise must improve its competitive ability including hard power and soft power.Based on review of the literature of soft power,this paper constructs a concept model of power grid enterprise’soft power,and constructs a comprehensive soft power system including 4 subsystem,such as strategy system,execution system,cohesiveness system and innovation system.Then,from the perspective of soft power resources,the paper develops the evaluation index system on power grid enterprise’s soft power,constructs the multifactor and multi-level fuzzy optimum seeking model,and has carried on the real example operation and got useful outcome.更多还原
