我国开展食品LCA研究的现状及展望
The Status Quo and Prospect of Carrying Out Food Life Cycle Assessment in China
【摘要】 介绍了LCA的定义和技术框架,并结合国内外食品LCA研究的相关成果,针对我国食品工业的现状,论述了在我国开展食品LCA的必要性、可行性,同时对可能遇到的一些困难及其前景作了展望。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the definition of LCA and its technical framework,and discusses the necessity and feasibility to carry out food LCA in China in terms of the status quo of our food industry,combining with the related results of domestic and foreign food LCA studies.At the same time it looks ahead the prospects and some likely difficulties.
