【Abstract】 Tibetan customary law is a sort of behavior norms derived from custom,taboo,totem and specific religious beliefs in Tibetan primitive society.Affirmed or accepted by the Tibetan people in their daily life and given force or validity by tribal organizations,it has developed into a kind of social norms with binding force enforced by Tibetan tribes to mediate their internal and external relations by way of pledge agreement.Tibetan customary law is now playing an active role in court trials in the Ganzi region,Sjchuan province.We should give full play to its positive effect while restraining its negative effect.更多还原
