【摘要】 目的:探讨应用4种微创手术方法治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾2007年1月~2010年1月应用微创手术方法治疗的高龄转子间骨折69例,分别采用闭合复位DHS内固定;闭合复位股骨近端髓内钉内固定;闭合复位经皮LCP内固定及闭合复位外固定支架固定。结果:所有病例均获得随访,骨折均1期骨性愈合,髋关节功能参照创伤性髋关节评分标准(Sanders标准),优45例,良20例,可4例,优良率为94.2%。结论:4种微创手术方法均可以获得满意疗效,术中应根据骨折及病人的具体情况,科学合理选择手术适应证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of applying four different minimally invasive surgical methods to treat the aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture . Methods: From January 2007 to January 2010,69 cases of the aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture had been treated in our hospital and these cases had been all treated by four different minimally invasive surgical methods, which respectively closed reduction and internal fixation with DHS, closed reduction and internal fixation with proximal femoral intramedullary nail , closed reduction and percutaneous internal fixation with LCP and closed reduction and fixation with external fixation apparatus. Results: All patients were followed up, all fractures are acquired primary bony healing,hip joint functionreference of traumatic hip joint score standard ( Sanders standard ),excellent in 45 cases, good in 20 cases, passable in 4 cases, the excellent and good rate was 94.2 percent. Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of four different minimally invasive surgical methods is satisfactory .We should choose scientific and rational operative indications based on the specific circumstances of fracture and patient .更多还原
