【摘要】 目的:调查大庆地区胸腰段黄韧带骨化的发病特点,辅助指导临床进行该疾病的防治工作。方法:选择居住大庆地区5年以上不同年龄段各种职业人员,记录参检人员姓名;性别;年龄;有无肋间神经痛、腰腿痛等脊柱神经受压症状。采用日本松下公司DR放射线诊断机进行胸腰段正侧位片放射线检查,根据检查结果分析患病率。结果:本组进行胸腰段放射线检查2031人;黄韧带骨化患病率:16.69%,随年龄增加患病率逐渐增加,60岁以上男性病人患病率达26.71%,男女患病比例:1.90:1。结论:大庆地区是国内胸腰段黄韧带骨化的患病率高发地区。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the morbidity feature of ossification of the yellow ligament in Daqing area, and help to instruct its prevention and cure. Methods: We selected different occupation and age people those have been lived in Daqing for more than five years. And we recorded their name, sex, age, intercostal neuralgia, backleg pain or not. We used Japanese Panasonic radioactive ray diagnose machine to thoracic and waist segments by orthophoric and lateral projection. Results: There were 2031 people in this data. And the prevalence of ossification of the yellow ligament was 16.69%. With age increased, the prevalence raised. Prevalence of men older than sixty years old were 26.71%. The rate between male and female was 1.90:1. Conclusions:The morbidity of thoracic waist ossification of the yellow ligament in Daqing area is very high in china.更多还原
