【摘要】 目的:探讨应用2种手术方法治疗三踝骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾2007年5月~2011年5月,手术方法治疗的25例三踝骨折,对其损伤机制及治疗效果进行分析。结果:所有病例均获得随访,骨折均1期骨性愈合,踝关节功能参照Baird-Jackson评分标准,优10例,良11例,可3例,差1例,优良率为84.05%。结论:2种手术方法均可以获得满意疗效,术中关键是恢复并稳定踝穴和距骨的对位关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of applying two different surgical methods to treat the ankle joint Cotton ’s fracture . Methods:From May 2007 to May 2011,25 cases of the ankle joint Cotton’s fracture had been treated in our hospital, to analysis it’s wounded mechanism and treatment effect . Results:All patients were followed up, all fractures are acquired primary bony healing, ankle joint function refered to Baird-Jackson score standard,excellent in 10 cases, good in 11 cases, passable in 3 cases, bad in 1 cases,the excellent and good rate was 84.0 percent. Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of two different surgical methods is satisfactory .We should choose scientific and rational operative indications based on the specific circumstances of fracture and patient . Anatomic relation of the talus is key point for the ankle joint Cotton’s fracture during the operation.更多还原
