【摘要】 目的:探讨妊娠期合并乙型肝炎病毒感染对妊娠结局的影响。方法:对2009年1月～2012年1月间在我院分娩的248例妊娠期肝炎孕妇的妊娠结局进行回顾性分析。结果:妊娠期合并乙型肝炎病毒感染的并发症主要包括:胎膜早破(21.8%)、胎儿窘迫(13.7%)、妊高征(12.9%)、早产(11.3%)、产后出血(10.1%),肝功能正常组孕妇的发生率显著低于肝功能异常组(P<0.05);肝功能正常组低体重儿以及新生儿窒息的发生率显著较低(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期合并乙型肝炎病毒感染且肝功能异常对妊娠结局的影响较大,临床应重视此类病例的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the influence of pregnancy hepatitis on pregnancy outcome.Methods:The clinical data of 248 gravidas with pregnancy hepatitis from Jan 2009 to Jan 2012 in our hospital were selected and analyzed retrospectively.Results: The complications of gravidas with pregnancy hepatitis contained premature rupture of membrances(21.8%),fetus aporia(13.7%), gestational hypertension(12.9%),premature birth(11.3%)and postpartum hemorrhage(10.1%).The incidence of normal liver function was lower than abnormal group(P<0.05).The incidence of infant of low-birth weight and asphyxia neonatorum in normal group were also lower(P<0.05).Conclusions:The influence on pregnancy hepatitis gravidas with liver function abnormal is significant.It should be taken more attention.更多还原
