【摘要】 目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液在治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)中的疗效。方法对该院近6年收治的120例VBI患者随机分组,观察组60例用丹参川芎嗪注射液15d,对照组60例用血塞通注射液15d。结果观察组总有效率为86.7%(P<0.05),对照组总有效率为60.0%。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗VBI效果显著且安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of Salvia Tetramethylpyrazine Injection in the treatment of vertebro-basilar insufficiency(VBI).Methods 120 VBI cases treated in our hospital in recent 6 years were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Salvia Tetramethylpyrazine Injection was used to 15 d 60 cases in the observation group while Xuesaitong Injection was used to 15 d 60 cases in the control group.Results The total effective rate of the observation group the control group were 86.7%(P<0.05) and 60.0%,respectively.Conclusion Salvia Tetramethylpyrazine Injection is effective and safe in treating VBI.更多还原
