【Abstract】 Clinical practice is an important stage in medical education.This paper discusses several negative factors,including students,teachers and managers,medical environment,and specificity of obstetrics and gynecology,which may affect the quality of internship.The effective countermeasures consist of emphasizing the importance of obstetrics and gynecology,improving teaching methods,and enhancing management.In addition,the quality of internship will benefit from some adjustments in policies and laws.更多还原
