【摘要】 目的了解和分析受艾滋病影响妇女相关政策落实过程中面临的主要问题。方法采用个案访谈、多部门研讨、资料收集等方法获得相关信息,通过定量和定性分析相结合的方法,对相关政策落实情况及存在问题进行分析。结果一些最脆弱的女性感染者仍难享受到治疗和关爱救助服务;感染者配偶告知问题是难点之一,女性更容易成为被动感染的受害者;生产性支持、心理关爱等活动成效初显,但尚未形成政策层面的产出。部分孕产妇不能早期及时发现感染情况,阳性孕产妇所生的新生儿存在失访率高现象。结论目前我国围绕受艾滋病影响妇女的相关政策逐步完善,多种形式的关爱救助活动取得了积极的效果,但现有政策落实尚不均衡,阻碍政策有效实施的因素仍然存在。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the problems encountered in implementing policies related to women affected with HIV/ AIDS.Methods The relevant data were collected by case studies and focus group discussions,and other means.The status and problems existing in implementing related policies were analyzed by using a comprehensive and integrated approach that was a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.Results Some HIV positive women as a vulnerable poulation were still deprived of proper care and treatment services;owing to difficulty in spouse notification women easily became passive victims.Although the activities like productive support and psychological support had achieved positive effects,they so far were not integrated as part of related policies.Some of the HIV positive pregnant women were not timely detected.The drop out rate among their neonates was high.Conclusions The current care and support policies for HIV affected women are being improved,and related activities have achieved positive outcome.However,there are some gaps in implementing these policies and obstacles to effective policy implementation still exist.更多还原
