【摘要】 目的了解美沙酮维持治疗社区拓展服药点的运转情况。方法对调查地区美沙酮维持治疗社区拓展服药点正在服药的在治病人、40名家属、20名门诊医生进行个人深入访谈。结果 40名在治病人平均年龄36.7岁,文化程度以小学和初中为主,多为首次参加美沙酮维持治疗,接受美沙酮维持治疗平均为18.3个月。从居住地到达拓展服药点的距离和费用可以接受,拓展服药点提供了较为方便的服务,便于家属和工作人员了解在治病人的情况。门诊医生主动将服药者的家庭纳入了门诊的干预活动之中。在治病人家属认为拓展服药点的开诊为病人提供了更多方便。结论美沙酮维持治疗社区拓展服药点在交通不方便地区是可行的,有利于提高在治病人的依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the performance of community-based extension clinic of methadone maintenance treatment(MMT) for opiate drug addicts.Methods Forty opiate drug addicts,40 family members,and 20 clinic staffs were investigated by in-depth interviews,who were selected by convenient sampling.Results The average age of the interviewees was 36.7 years.Most of the interviewees received education of primary schooling.It was the first time for most of them to reach the MMT services.The average period of receiving the services was 18.3 months.The distance and traffic cost from their inhabitancy to the extension clinic were acceptable to them.The extension clinics provided convenient and available services,which helped family members and clinic staffs know the conditions of service receivers.The clinic staffs incorporated actively patient’s family into the intervention services of the clinic.The family members thought that community-based extension clinic provided more conveniences for patients.Conclusions Operating community-based extension clinic of methadone maintenance treatment in the regions with poor traffics was feasible and was helpful for retention of opiate drug addicts.更多还原
