基于极限轨迹法的双级矩阵变换器过调制策略研究

【摘要】 针对过调控制策略在提高双级矩阵变换器(Two Stage Matrix Converter,TSMC)电压传输比的同时带来控制算法复杂和波形质量下降的问题,作者提出了一种基于极限轨迹法的双级矩阵变换器过调制策略,该策略在整个调制范围均为线性调制,算法简单,利于数字化实现.论文分析了将基于极限轨迹法的过调制策略应用于双级矩阵变换器逆变级的基本原理,给出了理论推导.仿真结果表明:采用极限轨迹法的过调制策略不仅将双级矩阵变换器电压的传输比提高到了0.955、而且实现了整个过调制区域的线性调制,并改善了波形质量.

【Abstract】 The novel overmodulation in two stage matrix converter using principle control between limit-trajectory is proposed,which can solve the problem that the quality of waveforms is poor and modulation strategy is complicated.This strategy is used to ensure linear modulation in all overmodulation regions,algorithm is simple for digital implementation.This paper analysis the principle of this strategy is adopted in inverter of two stage matrix converter.The simulation results show that the novel overmodulation in two stage matrix converter using principle control between limit-trajectory can raise voltage transfer ratio up to 0.955 and effectively enhance the quality of output waveforms.
