抗氧化剂和还原剂对皮革中六价铬的防治作用研究

【摘要】 将几种常见的抗氧化剂和还原剂应用于山羊皮蓝湿革的复鞣过程,研究了抗氧化剂和还原剂对皮革中六价铬含量的影响以及对皮革中六价铬的防治效果。结果表明抗氧化剂和还原剂对皮革中六价铬都具有不同的防治作用,其中杨梅栲胶的预防效果较好。将杨梅栲胶的分离产物应用于山羊皮蓝湿革的复鞣过程,其对皮革中六价铬的防治效果明显优于原杨梅栲胶,并确定了最佳工艺用量。

【Abstract】 Using several kinds of antioxidants and reducing agents to retan goat wet blue leather, the effect of them in preventing Cr(Ⅵ)formation in leather was studied. The result shows that the antioxidants and reducing agents have different funcations to prevent the Cr(Ⅵ)formation in leather, and bayberry tannin extract has more better effect than the others. Meanwhile, using the isolate of bayberry tannin extract to retan goat wet blue leather, the application effect is much better than bayberry tannin, and the optimal process amount is obtained.
