色素万寿菊W217花瓣中叶黄素含量的遗传分析
Genetic Analysis of Lutein Content in Petal of Tagetes erecta Cultivar W217
【摘要】 利用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型多世代联合分析方法,对万寿菊W217×W203组合的P1、P2、F1、B1、B2和F2共6个世代的叶黄素含量进行遗传分析。结果表明,色素万寿菊叶黄素含量性状最优遗传模型为两对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因遗传模型,以主基因遗传效应为主,多基因效应为辅。主基因加性效应、显性效应和上位性效应作用很大,在B1群体中主基因遗传率为78.47%,B2群体中主基因遗传率为86.86%、多基因遗传率11.77%,F2群体中主基因遗传率为60.82%、多基因遗传率38.42%。可见,色素万寿菊叶黄素含量性状遗传变异中主基因作用大于多基因作用。
【Abstract】 Lutein content is a useful indicator in Tagetes erecta L.It was used in correlative selection and purity test and was also used as a genetic trait marker.In the present study the color was quantified by lutein content in order to investigate the genetic-model of flower color.Six generations(P1,P2,F1,F2,B1and B2) from W217×W203 were analyzed with a mixed genetic-model for major genes and polygenes.Results showed that lutein content in marigold was a quantitative trait and its inheritance fitted to a mixed genetic-model of two major genes with additive-dominant-epistatic effects plus polygenes with additive-dominant-epistatic effects(E-0 model).Among them,the additive,dominant and epistatic effects of the two major genes were equally important.The estimated heritability rates of the two major genes were 60.82% in F2,78.47% in B1,86.86% in B2.The effects and heritability of major genes were high with low environmental influence,and that of the polygenes were also relatively low.The estimated inheritability rates of the polygenes were 38.42% in F2,11.77% in B2.
