【摘要】 新中国成立以来特别是改革开放以来,党和国家对少数民族和民族地区实行了一系列优惠政策,这对加强民族团结、加快少数民族和民族地区经济社会发展发挥了重大作用,体现了党和国家对少数民族和民族地区的亲切关怀,受到了各族干部群众的衷心拥护和欢迎。但近些年来社会上一些人对这些优惠政策提出了质疑,有些人甚至提出取消这些政策的主张。这就给我们提出了两个重要的问题,一是如何正确认识党和国家对少数民族和民族地区实行的优惠政策;二是在新的形势下如何进一步坚持和完善这些政策。本人在下面就这两个问题谈谈自己的一些看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the foundation of new China,especially after Reform and Opening-up,both Communist Party of China and the State have carried out a series of favorable policies targeting minority nationalities and ethnic regions.All of these have played an important role in strengthening ethnic unity,promoting social and economic development of minority nationalities and ethnic regions.This displays the kind concern of both the Party and the state for minority nationalities and ethnic regions.All these policies have been fully supported and welcomed by the people of all nationalities.However,in recent years,some people begin to question these policies,even propose to cancel them.Out of it arise two key issues:first,how to get a correct understanding of these policies;second,how to maintain and better these policies under new situations.The author would like to express his own idea on these two issues.更多还原
