猪苓生物学特性的研究进展
Research Advance in the Biological Characteristics of Polyporus umbellatus
【摘要】 总结了我国分布较广的药用真菌猪苓(Polyporus umbellatus)的生态学和生物学特性、菌丝的培养特性和猪苓菌与伴生菌和蜜环菌的相互关系等研究进展,其生长发育过程经过担孢子、菌丝体、菌核和子实体等阶段,伴生菌和碳源是影响猪苓菌核形成的决定性因素。固体培养中,25℃、黑暗和中性偏酸的条件适合菌丝的生长。蜜环菌和猪苓菌为复杂的共生关系。可为猪苓菌的深入研究和人工栽培提供参考。
【Abstract】 Polyporus umbellatus is one of the precious medical fungi widely occurring in China.The ecological and biological habits,cultural characters of hyphae,the relationship with its companion fungus Armillaria mellea were summarized in this paper.The growth and development of P.umbellatus undergo several stages: basidiospores,mycelium,sclerotia and fruiting bodies.Companion fungus and carbon sources are the determinants that affect the sclerotial formation of P.umbellatus.The most suitable condition for the growth of mycelium is to culture the hyphae at 25℃ with neutral to acidic solid medium in the dark.In addition,the relationship with its companion fungus A.mellea is complicated.
